A. The route & times of the journey are agreed with the client and are stated on the booking confirmation. B. Request for modification should be made via email twenty four hours before the journey. C. Only the driver may open and close the doors for safety precaution and risk of accidents and damage to the vehicle unless in an emergency. D. The agreed charges are paid in advance before commencing the journey. E. No refunds can be issued after the services are delivered. F. No smoking in our vehicles but stops can be made for smokers. G. We have a zero tolerance policy for abusive behaviour towards our drivers or our services can be terminated without refunds. H. UGI LIMO cannot be responsible for any delays caused by road traffic accidents or road blocks or an act of God. I. The client will be liable for any damages caused to our vehicle by the client or his/her guest during the hire period. J. No eating or drinking is allowed in our vehicles . K. All payments most be made via bank transfers or credit/debit cards only. L. UGI LIMO cannot guarantee entry into any venue. M. The prices quoted are guided by distance , duration and the number of stops/pick ups. O. Every quotes shall be delivered via sms , email or WhatsApp. P. Cancellations most be made fifty eight hours prior to the date of commencement of hire.
